Another stellar set I picked up when I used to be a regular at the bargain bins of music shops.
This one is a 3Cd set of 60s and 70s band leader maestro Tony Hatch who mentored such acts as Petula Clark and the Searchers and had a handy number of albums in his own right.
Each disc concentrates on a different aspect of Tony's career: easy listening guru, hitmaker for various vocal acts and hip TV themes.
Thanks for the comments and votes so far even the people who ticked no thanks and yet took the time to vote, around 30 votes and comments so far in the first day so this seems popular enough to upload and share.

I've re-upped to a multiple file service so lets see how that goes. Link

I'd like very much to hear this collection of Hatch's work. I've enjoyed his stuff since first hearing it 40 years ago, but somehow have never seen this particular set.
I love Tony Hatch, and any collection of him is worth having!
Me too.
I'm grabbing it. I only knew him as the producer/husband of Pet Clark until a few years ago. I suppose he was a much bigger deal in Great Britain since he didn't 'cause a ripple here in the U.S. Our loss. The stuff I've heard is quite wonderful. Thanks for sharing.
I would be interested in hearing the entire Tony Hatch collection. His work with Petula Clark was masterful; I would like to hear his other material, which generally wasn't available in the U.S.
Thanks for this...Wings covered "Crossroads Theme" on "Venus and Mars" I have been wondering what the original sounded like since 1975!
As always, fantastic arrangements. Love the sound.
Many thanks.

Petula Clark was never married to Tony Hatch. She has been married to Claude Wolff since 1961. Tony Hatch married three times - first to Jean, then to Jackie Trent, and he is now married to Maggie.
a sound like eternal summer,we need only that!!!thanks from bordeaux.
Man, the links' already dead... what a bad luck.. tanx anyway.
